Every Fall, we feel an obligation to answer the most popular question we get from guests - "When is the best time to visit?"
We used to give a catch-all take on the controversy by sharing what makes each season great. Winter is for yurt fires and powdery pool days, Spring is for wildflowers and cool mornings, Summer is for lazy hammock reading and beach days and.... well, you get the drift.
Nowadays, however, we just share our direct, honest opinion -
RIGHT NOW, early Fall, is the best time to visit!
Between now and mid October, the colors are popping and the weather is often sunny and warm in the day with perfectly cool evenings and mornings. Coffee and fires hit just right and the steam at sunset tends to light up the whole canyon. No matter where you stroll, you'll find a rainbow of colors everywhere you look.
And in that spirit, you're invited to catch the colors in their prime this weekend at our
3rd Annual Strings at the Springs Classical Music Weekend on Sept 25-27th and our Rooted Within - A Be Well Workshop with Maven on Oct 3rd!
Over the years, we've learned that almost nothing beats the early Fall blend of music, soaking, moody mornings, and sunny river front afternoons. So saddle up, we've got em' all on tap.

This Sept 25-27th, we're welcoming back a gentle blend of artful classical music and the natural experiences of soaking, yoga, mediation, & nature bathing with Strings at the Springs!
This weekend creates an elegant blend of globally inspired live string music, nature & movement for guests to experience while soaking in the late Summer transition to Fall.
Together, we are in for a weekend of talented musical offerings set to the backdrop of all that we love about being here in the Fall. From soaking to yoga, mediation and conversation, we’re blending the timeless magic of classical music with the natural flow of hot springs and slow contemplation.
Curious what aquatic yoga and a cello serenade feels like? Ever experienced a Sitar journey during a floating Savasana? From bluegrass guitar to poolside classical piano, artists from all over the region will be weaving together the sights, sounds, and stillness that only hot springs and human creativity can create.
