Threw a shower for my almost-sister-in-law Saturday. Playing with faux diamonds, glitter, and all things Tiffany blue is pretty fun.
Here's what I did:
glittery name tags
glittery "diamonds are a girl's best friend" banner on Tiffany blue
faux diamonds in all sizes everywhere
gem and faux diamond rings for prizes
Gentlemen Prefer Blondes playing silently on the flat screen, unmuted for Marilyn's musical number
dessert bar (I made the diamond-cut baklava and red velvet cupcakes topped with edible diamonds)
fake Tiffany jewelry boxes filled with homemade caramels for party favors
Didn't have time for:
diamond playlist with copies on cd for everyone
wrapping the lingerie

cute shower and way to go with working the theme!!! I need to do cupcakes with mega frosting like yours for Reese's birthday on Sunday.
The shower was so sparkly, fun, yummy, and classy!!! We had a FABulous time -- thanks for everything! Oh, and your dessert bar was incredible!
