Remember how I was kinda hard on Sephora and JCPenney recently? Well today I got a phone call from the store manager apologizing for my shopping experiencing, inviting me back and encouraging me to talk to him if I ever have a problem. Wow. How on earth did they get my cell phone number? That's kind of scary. But nice I guess. I was more aiming my jab at Sephora though, that pairing with JCPenney doesn't really seem like the appropriate choice for their brand, but I guess they didn't get the message.
